Standard group booking
Recommended minimum notice to confirm vehicles, drivers and guides for most group bookings.
1–3 mo
Peak season & large groups
Recommended lead time for peak-season travel or requests needing multiple vans, tuk-tuks and guides together.
Accessibility on request
We accommodate guests using wheelchairs with advance notice, recommending the most suitable vehicle and itinerary — some temples and sites have uneven surfaces, stairs or limited accessibility, so we plan around this together.
Booking terms
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit confirms a group reservation, with the balance payable before or upon arrival, depending on the agreement. Larger or special group arrangements can be discussed and agreed in advance. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash (USD); bank transfer is available for international partners, and other arrangements can be discussed for established business partners.
30+ days before arrival. Deposit is refundable, less any non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers.
15–29 days before arrival. Up to 50% of the deposit may be retained.
7–14 days before arrival. Up to 50% of the total booking value may be charged.
Within 7 days, or no-show. 100% of the booking value may be charged.
